IATSE LOCAL 38 IS OUR AUGUST PARTNER OF THE MONTH!

We want to give a BIG thank you to IATSE Local 38 for your partnership with our Agency! To show our gratitude for all that you do for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Detroit, we are honoring IATSE Local 38 as our August Partner of the Month! IATSE Local 38is a new supporter of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Detroit. In July, they held their first annual golf fundraiser at The Links of Crystal Lake in Pontiac. The weather and setting provided the perfect backdrop to a wonderful afternoon, with attendees and event sponsors raising nearly $4,000 for the Agency! Their financial support directly assists in our continued quest to improve academic performance, instill a sense of higher aspiration and respect for education, and create a path for workforce entry. We are grateful for IATSE Local 38’sgenerous support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Detroit and look forward to working with this organization through 2014 and beyond. IATSE Local 38 is part of The International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States, Its Territories and Canada. Its members work in all forms of live theater, motion picture and television production, trade shows and exhibitions, television broadcasting, and concerts as well as the equipment and construction shops that support all these areas of the entertainment industry.
